Clear Telecoms provides customers with accurate and timely billing. We continually look at ways to improve the presentation of our customer's billing information and assist our customers in operating their businesses more efficiently. To achieve this Clear Telecoms have introduced a comprehensive Electronic billing system. Once logged in the Online Billing system, our customers can view their statements, call data, payment records and past invoices. Customers will be able to view basic information provided on most of the bills (eg previous charges, payments made, amount carried forward, adjustments, new charges, total balance due etc). Customers will also be able to view the above information for any previously issued bills and the bills itself.

 

Simply register at MY ACCOUNT to start using online billing.

To pay by cheque, mail the remittance slip with your cheque made payable to Clear Telecoms (AUST) Pty Ltd to PO Box 79 NORTHBRIDGE WA 6865.

Please ensure you write your account number on the reverse of the cheque.

Simply phone 1300 304 773 and follow the prompts.  Please ensure you have your Clear Telecoms account number and Credit Card details ready. Clear Telecoms accept Mastercard, Visa and American Express only.

Direct Debit Application

Click on the above link, complete the Direct Debit form and return via fax to 1300 365 617.

To pay by EFT from your bank or via the internet, Clear Telecom's bank details are as follows: Account Name: Clear Telecoms (AUST) Pty Ltd, Bank: NAB,   BSB: 082 356   Account No: 754711482.

To pay by Bpay is easy, the Bpay Code is 58420 and your reference number on the second page of your bill in the Bpay box.
